Are your stuffies really handmade?
Yes! Every CuteStuffie is individually embroidered, sewn and finished by hand. Because they're handmade, each one is slightly unique—making every stuffie extra special.
Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Gauteng, South Africa, and ship nationwide.
Ordering
Do you make custom stuffies?
At this stage, we don't offer custom or commission orders. Our focus is on creating a carefully curated collection of handmade stuffies that are consistently high quality and available to everyone. We truly appreciate your interest and hope you'll find a favourite in our existing collection.
Can I order a personalised stuffie?
Yes, in some cases! While we don't create completely custom designs, we may be able to personalise certain existing stuffies.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse the collection, add your favourite stuffies to your cart and complete checkout securely through our website.
Can I reserve a sold-out stuffie?
If one of your favourites is out of stock, please get in touch. We'll gladly let you know when it's expected to be available again.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed, packed and delivered. While many orders arrive sooner, we prefer to allow a little extra time to ensure every CuteStuffie is made and packaged with care. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes! We deliver nationwide.
Can I collect my order?
Currently we only offer courier delivery.

What are your stuffies made from?
Our CuteStuffies are made using high-quality fabrics, premium embroidery thread, and are filled with soft, premium-quality Comforel fibre filling for a cuddly feel and lasting shape. Every stuffie is carefully handmade with attention to detail, using materials chosen for both durability and comfort.
Are the stuffies safe for babies?
Our stuffies are made with embroidered facial features rather than plastic safety eyes, making them a great choice for little ones. However, as with any soft toy, adult supervision is recommended for babies and very young children.
Can the stuffies be washed?
Yes. We recommend gentle hand washing in cool water and allowing the stuffie to air dry naturally.
Will my CuteStuffie look exactly like the photos?
Because every CuteStuffie is lovingly handmade, no two are ever completely identical. Your stuffie will closely match the photos on our website, but there may occasionally be slight variations in fabrics, embroidery, or other handmade details. We think that's part of the charm—each CuteStuffie is truly one of a kind.
Gifting
Is my CuteStuffie suitable as a gift?
Absolutely! CuteStuffies make wonderful gifts for birthdays, baby showers, new arrivals, special occasions, or simply to brighten someone's day. Every CuteStuffie is lovingly handmade and designed to become a treasured keepsake for years to come.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! If you're sending a CuteStuffie directly to someone special, simply enter their delivery address during checkout.
If you'd like us to leave out the pricing information or include a short gift message, please add a note to your order or contact us before your order is dispatched, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you include pricing information in the parcel?
No. We don't include invoices or pricing information inside the parcel, making it perfect if you're sending a CuteStuffie as a gift.

What is Stuffies with a Purpose?
Selected CuteStuffies help support South African wildlife and animal organisations. When you purchase one of these special stuffies, 10% of the sale is donated to the partner organisation.
How do I know which organisation my purchase supports?
Each participating stuffie clearly displays the organisation it supports on its product page.
How much is donated?
We donate 10% of the sale price of every qualifying Stuffie with a Purpose directly to its partner organisation.
Returns
Can I return my order?
If there is a fault or defect with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to make it right.
Because every CuteStuffie is handmade, slight variations are part of what makes each one unique.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within a few days of receiving your parcel and include photographs of the damage so we can assist you quickly.
