Do you offer personalised products?

Yes, we are able to personalised some items with embroidery. Personalisation is also available in the form of custom printed fabrics. Please contact us for more information.

How long will it take to get a product in custom printed fabric?

Printing of the fabric will be be 7-10 business days; and the production time of the item depends on each item ordered. For example, masks will take 2-3 working days. Orders over 40 will take 3-5 working days.

Can I choose to collect my order from you instead of using the delivery service?

No – unfortunately we do not have a collection point and products are sent via the delivery options only.

How will my products be delivered?

Products are delivered through a courier company to a physical address in all main centers in South Africa for a fee of R90 and outlying areas are R150. Outlying areas are defined by the courier companies as regional, rural, farms and township areas.

How long will my order take?

This is dependent on the item ordered. Some items are in stock, while others are custom made. Please check each item for expected delivery time.

How will I know when I am going to receive my order if the items have different delivery times?

Items will be sent according to the item with the longest delivery time.

What payment methods area accepted?

We accept card payments via WAPPoint (VCS/Paygate) on the website.

Is buying online safe?

Yes it is. We use a VCS/Paygate online terminal, which is one of the most reputable online payment gateways in the market. We have also upgraded our SSL-certificates on the website to ensure your safety.
